For cheap leaflet printing, consider the following things.
Paper thickness: our cheap leaflets are printed on what is known as 80 gram bond paper. Think of this as being similar to the paper that you might put in your inkjet printer. This paper is more 'fiberous' than what you would get with our Premier leaflet printing and the ink tends to 'sink in' to the leaflet somewhat, making the colours seem a little matt.
Try this for yourself at home: Print a leaflet out onto some inkjet printing paper and then try printing the same leaflet with some photographic paper to see the difference. The leaflet printed onto the photographic paper will appear more vibrant with the full colour showing through in all it's glory.
We get commisioned for leaflet printing from many, many different types of businesses, schools and sports clubs etc. and we find that for certain industries and events, our cheap leaflets are more than adequate to get the point across. You may be a window cleaner, needing your flyer printing to be posted through the letterboxes of the houses in your area, or you may run a language school and just need some cheap leaflets printed so that you can hand them out on the street. Then these cheap leaflets will be just the ticket for you.
Colours: You need to be careful of using large blocks of heavy colour (especially black) when ordering the cheap leaflets. Again, try printing at home on your inkjet with a leaflet that has a black background. First of all, you will notice that the paper becomes rather soggy and also, as was stated earlier, because the ink gets absorbed into the leaflet, it ends up appearing dark grey rather than black.
Double sided printing: The cheap leaflets will NOT cope with double sided printing on 80g bond paper. This is because the colours will show through from behind, making your flyer look a bit 'home made'. To avoid our customers being unhappy with the result, we do not allow cheap leaflet printing double sided.
